All standard orders (this doesn't include custom) ship 2-10 business days following date of purchase. Returns are granted in the event of flaw in manufacture. Because of our strict return policy (in accordance with FDA regulations for personal care products) we highly recommend customers order samples prior to purchasing wherever possible. Please note that clients choose their preferred shipping method - USPS First Class Mail is the most popular. However it does NOT come with insurance, so clients selecting this option will not be able to file a claim in the event of missing mail (click here for more information).
