All standard orders (this doesn't include custom) ship 2-10 business days following date of purchase. Returns are granted in the event of flaw in manufacture. Because of our strict return policy (in accordance with FDA regulations for personal care products) we highly recommend customers order samples prior to purchasing wherever possible. In the event of missing mail, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a domestic or international claim online. Please note that clients choose their preferred shipping method and are responsible for adding correct address information at time of purchase. Please be aware that not all mail selections comes with insurance (USPS First Class Mail, for example). International clients, it is recommended to select a mail level which includes tracking and insurance. While we are not responsible for missing mail, we do our best to help all clients through the process of filing an inquiry or claim.
