What’s your name?
    Anna Z Gray.

    Mullingar, IRE; Alexandria, VA.

What do you do for a living?
Writer, contributing editor to Girls I Know, editor at Home Polish.

What kind of perfumes do you typically go for?
    Musky, floral.

What’s your earliest memory of perfume?
My mom skips perfume but uses this moisturizing oil that is her smell, if that makes sense.

What perfume did you wear at age 13?
Something horrible and sticky by Bath & Body Works.

What perfume did you wear at age 16?
There was some Burberry perfume and the Bobbi Brown one that smelled like sunblock that I just spritzed while at friends’ houses.

What perfume did you wear at age 22?
    Comme des Garcons’ Rose.

    Favorite comfort smells?
It’s so hard to sound original here. Fresh cut grass and summer rain-wet concrete in are pretty great.

What did your home growing up smell like?
In Mullingar we lived down the road from a pig farm (no joke) so manure days were terrible horrible but inside our home was pretty scent-less which I like(d).

    What’s your sign?
